Daopu New Materials – Leader of High-end Industrial Processing Media Solutions in China 

        The Company is headquartered in the core hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta, with both the operation and technology centers residing in Kunshan National Chemical Industrial Park. It has a modern production base in Yingcheng City of Hubei Province, an important industrial city in Central China. The production base covers a land area of 36,000 square meters, thus forming an industrial synergy pattern of “R&D in the Yangtze River Delta + intelligent manufacturing in Central China”. 

        Engaged in the industrial processing media field for over a decade, the Company has developed a service network covering 31 provincial-level administrative regions across China and has offered whole industrial chain solutions to over 5,000 enterprises in fields such as ferrous metallurgy, non-ferrous metal processing, 3C intelligent manufacturing and auto parts. At present, our eight product systems including special lubricants, precision cleaning agents and long-term antirust agents, have been deeply imbedded in more than 100,000 sets of production equipment, with a daily service capacity of the processing of tens of millions of industrial parts. Relying on the Research Institute of Metal Processing Media, the Company has attained 26 core patents for invention and our innovative nano-scale rolling fluid and bio-based cutting fluid and other products have passed the ISO 14001 environmental system certification.  

        In 2023, the Company launched the “New Silk Road Program” and successfully established three international business segments involving Southeast Asia (Thailand and Vietnam), North America (Mexico) and Eurasia (Russia and Turkey). Additionally, the technical indexes of our products were comprehensively determined on the basis of the EU REACH standard.

        Upholding the philosophy of “Industrial Changes through Intelligent Manufacturing”, we fostered the upgrading of the traditional manufacturing industry with green chemical technologies persistently and have accumulatively cut energy consumption by 12% and the discharged amount of hazardous waste by 30% for industries.
